• C. Proportional Sentencing Review: Establish an independent body to regularly review and recommend updates to sentencing guidelines, ensuring penalties are proportional to the harm caused and focused on restoring civil society.

• Freedom of Expression: Strict hate crime laws criminalize all ideologies that threaten Universal Rights and Individual Sovereignty.

  • A. Protected Speech Threshold: Codify in law that any restriction on speech must pass the highest legal scrutiny, being narrowly tailored to prevent direct, imminent harm, thereby protecting robust criticism and dissent.

  • B. Anti-Platform Censorship: Legislate against overbroad censorship policies by dominant online platforms, treating them as public squares where content moderation must be neutral, transparent, and legally challengeable.
