A. Codified Constitution: Enact a single, brief, codified constitution that clearly defines individual rights, delineates the limits of state power, and establishes the foundational structure of governance, replacing complex, unwritten conventions.
B. Legal Language Reform: Mandate that all new legislation be drafted in clear, plain language, avoiding jargon and excessive length, ensuring that laws are easily understood and accessible to the average citizen.
C. Sunset Clause for Existing Legislation: Introduce a constitutional mechanism requiring all laws over fifty years old to be explicitly reviewed and renewed by a supermajority in the legislature, or automatically repealed.
