A. High-Demand Skills Priority: Implement a radical points-based immigration system that heavily rewards verifiable, high-demand skills (e.g., advanced engineering, medicine, AI research) and demonstrable economic self-sufficiency.
B. Entrepreneurial Fast-Track: Create a specialized visa stream for entrepreneurs who commit to investing capital and creating a minimum number of full-time, high-wage jobs within the first three years of entry.
C. Non-Criminality Mandate: Enforce absolute exclusion of any applicant with a serious criminal record or who poses a security risk, prioritizing the safety and stability of the Republic.
